Batch Change Word Header and Footer

As its name suggests, Batch Change Word Header and Footer provides a quick and easy method of modifying both headers and footers in multiple Word documents in one go. You can use it to replace or delete the contents of headers and footers in batch without a lot of hassle.

The GUI is user-friendly, allowing you to process both individual files and folders. In other words, you can use it to alter both Word documents you select manually or choose a folder and let it pick the compatible files. Alternatively, you can also import files from a CSV or TXT file.

All the selected documents are placed in a list within the main window, along with the file size, date and location. The application allows you to modify the output folder at this point.

To modify the input file, you must first create a new Word document and copy the headers and footers from it. The application allows you to apply the changes on the first page only or on the primary header or footer. Pages can also be filtered by number (even or odd).

Batch Change Word Header and Footer can replace the contents of the existing header or footer, put the new header / footer on the left or right or even erase the header and footer completely. A “find and replace” option is also available.

Batch Change Word Header and Footer can modify the contents of headers or footers in multiple documents without a lot of hassle. It is a multilingual application that allows you to use a template document to make changes in batch and, thus, save both time and effort.
