Curvy 3D is an awesome tool that helps you create 3D models for animations or rendering in other programs. It’s super user-friendly and comes packed with lots of drawing tools to help you easily shape the models you need.
When you open the app for the first time, you'll see a main window that gives you quick access to all the shapes and drawing tools. You can jump right in by adding objects like spheres, curves, and even freehand shapes!
Each object can be sculpted using a variety of brushes found in the toolbox on the left side. Want to make fine adjustments? Use brushes like inflate or pinch to get your model just right.
The app also lets you change the color or texture of your object. You can see how it looks with different light sources by tweaking the ambient light's color and direction.
Even though this app is great for beginners, it has advanced features too! You’ll find 3D painting, mesh editing, and lathe drawing tools that help create complex models. If you're more experienced, you can save time by drawing and sculpting at once.
A neat feature is the Inflate Image tool, which lets you turn a simple grayscale image into a 3D object. With this tool, generating models using extrude, bubble, and bevel effects becomes super quick!
If you're new to Curvy 3D, don’t worry! There’s tons of online documentation filled with tutorials to help guide you through. Plus, there’s a forum where you can ask questions and chat with other users.
