Just because a document holds text doesn’t mean you can view and edit in with every text editor. Some are only used for coding, while others contain rich text format, outputting different file types. If you need to perform conversion, than DocFrac helps you out with a simple, fast process.

Running the application brings up the main window, which is empty by default. You can simply drop files over the main window to get them ready, or rely on the browse dialog to select one or more files. There’s the possibility to load files of different formats, and process them in the same task.

All files you select are enlisted in a table with fields for input name, format, as well as output name, and format. However, you only reach this window after you specify output parameters, but you can also change them afterwards.

The output properties panel allows you to pick from one of three supported formats like TXT, HTML, and RTF. Location can be the same as input, or you can select a different location, which comes in handy if you want to take freshly-converted files on a flash drive. The name of files can also be changed.

As mentioned above, export values can also be modified from the edit menu. Apart from file management options like select, and remove, output can be changed for one or more file, as well as output location and name. Processing is don in the blink of an eye, with the list automatically cleared, and a prompt to notify about the process status.
