As its name suggests, the Portable Document Format was specifically designed to help users move content from one computer to another with ease. Not everyone will have Microsoft or Excel installed, but Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and nowadays most web browsers can open PDF files.

For example, you can add a text or image watermark, but also rotate, crop, extract or remove pages from the document; you can encrypt a file, change its metadata or even add a signature. You can do this with any PDF on your computer, as long it isn’t restricted or protected by a password.

All these options are presented in a minimalistic but user-friendly interface. Even though Document to PDF Converter is nothing amazing to look at, it’s a simple and versatile program that works as a quick and helpful office tool.
