FlashCookiesView shows all cookies files created by Flash in your web browser, enabling you to study various information, such as the date of creation and last modification, or the file size. This data can be saved to file.
It's packed in a portable package, so there is no installation involved. You can drop the executable file anywhere on the hard disk or on a USB flash drive, and just double-click it to launch the program, while keeping in mind that it doesn't need any DLLs and doesn't modify registry settings.
As far as the interface is concerned, FlashCookiesView adopts a clean and intuitive window, where you can view the URL, file name, date of creation and last modification, along with the file size and path of each Flash cookie.
If there's no data loaded, then you probably need to select a Flash cookies base folder different than the default one. After clicking an entry, the tool lists the cookies values in the bottom half of the window, giving you the possibility to switch to hexadecimal display mode if the file information cannot be parsed.
It's possible to sort all entries by any of the previously mentioned cookie properties, delete any cookie files by selecting their entries in the list, or open their location in your default file browser.
You can track down any cookie using a basic search function, show grid lines and mark odd and even rows to spot entries easier, hide any columns, show time in GMT, as well as copy or save details as text, CSV, HTML or XML file. By default, any empty folders are automatically deleted.
It had minimal impact on computer performance and worked smoothly, without hanging, crashing or prompt error messages. To conclude, FlashCookiesView lets you easily find out information about Flash cookie files.
