Flip Run: Second Wave FOR  MAC

 Flip Run: Second Wave is a challenging, nerve-racking game that will test your ability to focus, your reactions and, last but not least, your patience.

Your mission, should you be brave enough to accept it, is to guide a pixel cube through an obstacle-filled tunnel that is constantly spinning, while techno music is being played in the background, and your eyes are being assaulted by flashing lights and bright colors.

When you start the game for the first time, make sure there is nothing breakable behind you, as your first reaction will probably be to jump out of your seat to get away from the binding mix of colors, bright lights and loud techno music being blasted in your ears.

It truly takes some getting used to, and you may need a minute to figure out what is going on, even after reading the incredibly simple instructions you are provided.

If, after all that, you have decided to come back, you are indeed a brave soul. In case you are expecting things to get easier, however, you are very wrong. As soon as the tunnel starts spinning and you are struggling to figure out which way is up and whether that oncoming obstacle needs to be avoided or not, you may just want to call it quits and preserve the tiny bit of sanity you still have left.

Should you need a way to take your mind off things, look no further, as  Flip Run: Second Wave is exactly what you need. There is no way you can possibly think of anything else while playing, other than the fact that you are bound to flip right into the next obstacle just as you are approaching your high score and, of course, lose your mind.

Assuming you have managed to tear yourself away from the current level for a few seconds, you will find that there are a total of three songs that you can unlock, along with two extra difficulty levels and several cube colors.

In all seriousness, the game is very well-designed, as the background music blends well with the gameplay and will push your heart rate higher and higher the longer you can avoid hitting any obstacles.

In short,  Flip Run: Second Wave is challenging, addictive, ridiculously difficult, incredibly annoying and more fun than it has any right to be.
