International KeyBoard is a small-sized tool that enables you to type special European diacritics with your normal keyboard, by using specific rules. It is a portable product, so you do not need to go through the installation process, and the Windows registry remains unchanged unless approved.

This utility can be run on any PC by simply moving the program files to a USB thumb drive and clicking the EXE. It is non-obtrusive, sitting in the system tray from the first launch. Interaction is possible through a small context menu, and clicking the systray icon brings up the main window.

International KeyBoard contains a list of diacritics, math symbols, punctuation, and other special characters, allowing you to easily create the items without changing the keyboard's language. You can enable/disable sound, activate the program, start it with Windows, and assign text to function and Unicode keys.

It operates efficiently without consuming much CPU or memory, offering a good response time. The interface is user-friendly and minimal. Tests have shown no crashes or hangs, making it a reliable tool for writing special symbols, characters, and diacritics without altering the keyboard language.
