Islanded is a survival game that puts you in the middle of the forest and challenges you to resist as many days as you can. Your goal is to stay fed, hydrated, and to build durable shelters that will protect you from animals.

Since Islanded is a first-person game, once you enter the game’s universe you get to experience everything first hand.

Start by collecting the useful tools that have been conveniently placed on your work bench (an axe, a pickaxe, and a torch) and then discover on your own how you can use them.

To make things even more challenging, the Islanded game does not offer any hints or instructions as far as the gameplay goes.

However, when you get close enough from an object with which you can interact, Islanded will display the keys that you can use to perform certain actions.

Naturally, since you are in a forest, you get to chop off trees and get the raw materials required to build shelters, and even reinforce the structures if you find it necessary.

Each collected item will be placed in your inventory, and you get to combine multiple resources to build a structure.

Worth mentioning is that Islanded is still in the development stage, and there are quite a few items to interact with, even though there is a day and night cycle.

At the same time, finding the hotkeys for all the functions might prove to be quite challenging.

The Islanded game is based on an engaging concept: you find yourself in the middle of a deserted forest with only just a few essential items on hand, and you must use your wits to find everything you need to survive.

Once you get settled, you can go exploring farther away to learn more about your environment and find more resources.
