It is solely designed for older Windows editions, such as Windows XP, so the program is not compatible with modern versions.

The setup procedure doesn't take a long time to finish. However, make sure you don't rush through the wizard steps. Because it's ad-supported, Moo0 Xp Desktop Heap offers to download and install third-party components that it doesn't actually need to work properly. They can be excluded to make a clean installation, though.
