The main purpose of R3D3 - Rama 3D is to serve as a dimensioning tool for planar distances and spatial areas alike. As such, you can select the start and the end nodes, allowing R3D3 - Rama 3D to place the dimensions on the blueprint.

It does not matter the type of structure you are dealing with, as the application can render anything from simple objects with a few nodes to complex 3D structures with hundreds of elements. There are a few templates of towers and buildings, halls, stairs, trusses, pillars, roofs, beams, and other similar objects to help you get an idea of the application's capabilities. You can use the built-in generators to create new structures of specific dimensions.
