If you want to access a Windows 10+ computer remotely, all you need to do is enable the RDP, grant permissions and connect to the computer using any remote desktop client. While this is not an issue if you are trying to access your computer, the problem arises when multiple users want to access the same PC via RDP.

TermsrvPatcher is a script designed to patch the Remote Desktop Services (RDS) service in Windows systems to allow multiple concurrent remote desktop connections. In essence, it enables users to bypass the default restriction that limits the number of simultaneous RDP.

The script is an economic choice compared to investing in a Windows Server OS, which enables 2 simultaneous connections. If you need more concurrent user sessions, you will need to purchase RDS CALs, install, and configure the Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) role or deploy an RDS farm.

Another alternative would be to make small changes to termsrv.dll file. This file is located in C:\Windows\System32 folder. Before modifying termsrv.dll for the first time, you need to take ownership and assign yourself full permissions.

As with any tool that can make modifications to essential files, it is essential to exercise caution when modifying system files and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and security protocols.
