Description
Our rides are 50 and 60 minute sessions where cardiovascular work is mixed with strength work on a bicycle, as well as the coordination and execution of movements on it, managing to activate all the muscles of the body. Each ride is a different experience and our coaches will make each class a unique session, however we have some specific types of rides such as Full mountain, Endurance, Power Hour, Double Weights or Stage 3. Each one designed for a specific functionality in your process of evolution. Dare to challenge your limits, embrace your processes and love every stage of your progress.
