Weather Globe is a cool screen saver that keeps you updated with the latest weather info! It checks in with the WeatherGlobe servers several times an hour to grab the newest weather data and updates your screen automatically.

How Does It Work?

The weather information comes straight from NOAA, which stands for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. They map all this weather data into polar coordinates. Then, it gets uploaded to your globe screen saver so you can see what's happening right now!

Current Weather Updates

This nifty setup means that you’re looking at weather that’s current within just two hours! So if you’re curious about what’s happening outside, you’ll get a pretty accurate picture.

What If Data Is Missing?

Since the info comes from lots of satellites, sometimes there might be gaps in the data. You might notice some odd shapes on the globe where data is missing. Don't worry too much! Over time, as new satellite information comes in, these little quirks will fix themselves.
