How to add a file
A local file opened in the book mode can be added to the bookshelf.
Add a file in the book mode
Select the book mode
Click the 'Book Mode' button in the toolbar.

The book screen is displayed.
Display File
To display a file in the book mode, refer to 'Display a file'.
'Add to Bookshelf' button
The 'Add to Bookshelf...' button in the toolbar is enabled if a file is displayed in the book mode. When a book of Bookshelf, Project Gutenberg, or Aozora Bunko is being displayed, the button is disabled.

Clicking the 'Add to Bookshelf...' button opens the 'Add to Bookshelf' dialog.

Set 'Title', 'Author', and others.
Clicking the save button will add the file to the Bookshelf.
Add a PDF file in the browser mode
(Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat is required to view a PDF file in the browser mode.)
Select the browser mode
Click the 'Browser Mode' button in the toolbar.

The browser screen is displayed.
Display PDF
A local PDF file can be opened by selecting the file in the file selection dialog which is invoked by clicking the 'Select File...' button. A PDF file on the Internet can be opened in the browser mode by entering the URL in the address field or by clicking the link to the file.

'Add PDF to Bookshelf' button
The 'Add PDF to Bookshelf...' button in the toolbar is enabled if a PDF file is displayed in the browser mode. When a PDF added to Bookshelf is being displayed, the button is disabled.
