Individual counters can now be shown in separate windows with enlarged text and buttons.

Various tweaks have been made to improve the user experience:

 <ul>
 <li>Can now name a counter and assign it a colour before adding it to the list.</li>
 <li>Long counter names are no longer cut off.</li>
 <li>The option to rename a counter has been moved to its overflow menu.</li>
 <li>Buttons for reordering counters have been given a different layout to make it less likely to misclick them.</li>
 <li>Counters are now scrolled into view after being reordered.</li>
 <li>In mass delete mode, there is now a larger gap between a counter's name and its value.</li>
 </ul>
