Backing up your data is generally a good idea in case of unexpected emergency.
To backup your data, from the File drop down menu from the top bar in Teacher Studio, click the option Backup Teacher Studio.
Once that is clicked, it will prompt you to specify the location and you can rename the file. Then click on the Save button. That's it!
Now you can backup your data to DropBox. From the File drop down menu on the top bar in Teacher Studio, click on the Backup To DropBox.
The first time you backup to DropBox, it will prompt you to enter the login information for your DropBox. After that, when you backup to DropBox, it will do it automatically.
To restore a data, from the File drop down menu in Teacher Studio, click the option Restore Teacher Studio.
A window will tell that you have not backed the current database and whether you want to backup that database first. Click No if you don't want to backup. Click Yes if you want to backup that database. If you click Yes, it will take you through the backup as mentioned above under Backup.
If you click No, it will then open the finder window for you to find the data that you wanted to restore. To restore from the DropBox is the same.
Click on the desired data and then click the Open button.
