End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of To-do Lists software and your relationship with Antlogic. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not install or use To-do Lists software.

To-do Lists software (the Software) is owned by Antlogic. As an Antlogic customer, you are licensed to use one copy of this Software under the following conditions:

1. The Software is for your personal use only.
2. You may not copy, modify or reproduce the Software or grant the right to any other person or entity to do so.
3. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or attempt to access the source code contained in the Software, or grant the right to any other person or entity to do so.
4. Antlogic cannot guarantee that the Software is error-free or that all associated components can be installed successfully.
5. Antlogic cannot assume any responsibility for damages or data loss resulting from the installation and use of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
