You can click on the beads to move them around on the abacus. As you do this, you'll see the corresponding number pop up at the top of your screen, along with the complete number sequence at the bottom. Plus, if you type in a number using your keyboard, you can see how it looks on the abacus!

Lacking Extra Features

While Abacus is great for learning, it doesn’t offer many other features. It would be nice to print or save what you've done as an image file, but those options aren’t available right now.

This application is really easy on your computer's resources. It runs smoothly without taking up much CPU or RAM space. You won’t experience any slowdowns or annoying error messages while using it. Plus, there are helpful instructions in the Help section to guide you along.
