Description

AdvancedRemoteInfo

AdvancedRemoteInfo is a handy tool that helps you gather different info from remote computers. If you're a network admin, this software can be super useful for checking things like the BIOS version or what processes are running on a computer.

Getting Started with AdvancedRemoteInfo

Now, I'll be honest—the interface might look a bit busy at first. There’s a lot of data packed in there! But don’t worry; it’s set up so you can sort everything into different categories. This makes it easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed.

How to Use It

To get the data from a remote device, just pop the IP address into the main window and hit scan. If you’re more into command lines, no sweat! You can use it in command line mode for quick scans and export the results to formats like XLS, CSV, or HTML.

What Can You Scan?

The app doesn’t just stop at basic info about the operating system and user. It can dig deeper by scanning running processes and services too! Plus, if you need to start or stop any specific service on that network computer, it lets you do that right from your screen.

Installed Programs List

If you're looking to see what programs are installed on a workstation, this tool has got your back! It can scan and list programs that are ready for uninstallation. However, I should mention that during our tests, it didn’t manage to kick off the uninstaller or silently remove software from remote computers.

Extra Features for Network Admins

This program is loaded with extra tools designed to make life easier for network administrators. You’ll find features like Wake On LAN utility and subnet calculator. Plus, you can quickly launch built-in Windows tools such as Registry Editor or Event Viewer!

Boosting Productivity

In summary, AdvancedRemoteInfo packs a punch with its many tools aimed at boosting productivity for network admins. Just keep in mind that since some features start processes on remote computers, they might trigger antivirus alerts now and then.
