Anime Checker is a handy tool that helps you check if your anime video files are good to go. It does this by matching the file content's CRC32 checksums to those in the file names. This is super useful for fan-made anime movies where the creators have added CRC32 info into the titles.

Easy to Use with No Installation

You don’t need to install anything! Just open up the executable file, and you’re ready to roll. The interface is clean and easy to understand, making it simple for anyone to add as many videos as they want. It works with AVI, FLV, MKV, MOV, MP4, OGM, RM, or RMVB file types.

Batch Processing Made Simple

One of the cool features of Anime Checker is its batch processing capability. You can check multiple files at once! You can also specify folders that contain supported files or just paste them from your Clipboard. Plus, there’s a neat dropzone feature that stays on top of other windows so you can easily drag and drop files into the app while browsing your disks.

Status Updates at a Glance

As soon as you add files to your list, they get checked right away. You’ll see important details like full paths and CRC signatures along with whether the hashes match or not. Each item has a little icon showing its status: green means it matches, red means no match, and yellow indicates errors. You can even pause or resume checks whenever you want and copy CRC32 info for one or more files.

User-Friendly Preferences

The program lets you customize how things look too! You can sort file names in your list, show a grid view, change buffer sizes, and even choose which files to include or exclude from CRC checks. Want it to automatically check a folder when you launch? No problem! You can disable recursive directory mode too.
