Description

AntPConc

AntPConc is a super handy tool for anyone into language studies. It lets you analyze multiple text documents all at once, which is pretty neat!

Easy to Get Started

The best part? You don't have to install anything! Just download it, and you’re good to go. The interface is simple and clean, making it user-friendly right from the start.

User-Friendly Interface

The software has two main sections: the Settings area where you can pick what options you want, and the display area that shows your results with colorful highlights. You can easily set your search term, choose how many entries to show, select which corpus you want to analyze, decide on the page size, pick the type of font, and set the context size.

How It Works

The idea behind AntPConc is to help you do a parallel corpus analysis in just a few steps. First, go to the File menu and open the Corpus Builder. From there, select all the raw text files you want to study. Just remember that each line needs to match up with its counterpart in those raw texts.

Name Your Corpus

You can even name each corpus however you’d like! This is super useful if you're working on research or any projects where organization matters. Plus, it allows you to build an internal database with your parallel corpus or save it using a DB extension.

A Great Tool for Linguistics

If you're studying linguistics or need something that helps with concordance and text analysis across two or more documents, give AntPConc a try! It might just be what you need.
