Automatic Wallpaper Changer
Automatic Wallpaper Changer is a neat little script you can use with Nautilus to change your wallpaper automatically. How cool is that?
How to Install the Script
Getting started is super easy! First, you need to unpack the file. Just run this command in your terminal:
gzip -d background\ changer.py.gz
Next, you'll want to copy the script into your Nautilus scripts folder. Use this command:
cp background\ changer.py ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
Select Your Favorite Images
Once you've got the script set up, it's time to choose the images you want for your wallpapers. Pick out a few that make you smile or inspire you—whatever floats your boat!
Set Your Change Interval
The best part? The program will automatically switch your wallpaper every 10 minutes! But if you want to tweak that, no problem! You can change the timing to whatever suits you best.
