Whether it’s for EXT telephone lines or keeping track of internal and external numbers, this software does the trick! It can handle incoming and outgoing calls like a pro, and it even works with TAPI features and PBX Panasonic KX-TD/KX-TDA devices.

How Does It Work?

So, here’s how Blitz Caller ID Display works: it grabs info about who’s calling by checking their number against the caller ID feature of the PBX Panasonic tool. You can set up a database of phone numbers linked to people or businesses, so whenever they ring you up, their name pops up on your screen!

Recording Conversations

You can also record your conversations and save them as call notes. Whenever someone calls again, you can easily pull up those notes! All the details from your chats are stored in a phone call log that you can access anytime through the Settings window. Plus, if you're busy, it lets you redirect calls or make sure to get back to certain users later.

No Network? No Problem!

Blitz Caller ID Display has two main ways to use it based on whether or not you have a local area network. If there isn’t one available, no worries! You can just connect your computer directly to the PBX Panasonic KX-TD/KX-TDA device using a USB cable.

If You're Connected

If you're on a network, great news! You’ll receive caller data through TAPI lines and see it on any computer linked to that network.

Caller Information at Your Fingertips

This software makes it super easy to view caller IDs for both intercom calls and external callers. You'll see everything: outgoing and incoming calls along with how long each conversation lasts.
