The TotalPad window hangs out in your system tray, so if you don’t feel like using the hotkey, just click its icon instead! It’s really user-friendly and keeps everything organized. You can create different sheets to sort your notes. For example, you might have a sheet for Contacts, another for Links, and one for Password. This way, you can easily find what you're looking for without any hassle.
