BrowseX

BrowseX is a free, open-source web browser that does a lot more than just browsing. It’s got email features, chat options, and even a database interface with SQLite. The cool part? It works on multiple platforms! Built mainly using C and Tcl, BrowseX shows us that Linux apps can play nicely with Windows too.
