Create A Shortcut is a small, easy-to-use application specially designed to enhance the user's ability to select where to create a shortcut for a file system object from anywhere on a user's computer.
After installing the application, simply right-click on any file for which you want to create a shortcut, click on Create A Shortcut, and a folder selection dialog will open. From there, choose where you would like to place its shortcut.
Create A Shortcut allows you to select a location to place a shortcut without using the default windows location (SendTo Desktop or Create Shortcut) or creating a shortcut in your own folder first and then moving it.
