  2. Set up a new Apache virtual host and configure the document root to point to "htdocs"

  4. GZIP CSS & JS for improved performance and set far futures expires headers

  5. Ensure Apache can write to the sub-folders of "cache"

  6. Copy "example.inc.php" to "live.inc.php" and configure server settings

  7. Modify "sidebar.php"

  8. Load in the browser and enjoy!
