Evernote Batch

Evernote Batch is a super handy tool that helps you manage multiple notes in Evernote all at once. It makes working with your notebooks a breeze! You can easily change the background color of notes, update their titles, get rid of duplicates, or even delete empty tags. How cool is that?

Features of Evernote Batch

This program has two main sets of features: one for changing notebook settings and another for managing the notes themselves. For example, you can change the color of your notes, adjust line spacing, or create new notes from a list.

Working with Notebooks

You can work with one or more notebooks at the same time by simply checking the box next to their names. The workspace shows you the status of each note in your selected notebooks—whether everything is going smoothly or if there are any hiccups.

Importing Notes and Managing Duplicates

If you want to import notes from Outlook, that’s easy too! You can find and delete duplicates as well as remove those pesky empty tags.

Login and Accessing Your Notebooks

To use Evernote Batch, just log in with your Evernote credentials. This gives you direct access to all your data. Once you're logged in, check out the column on the left to see all the notebooks you can work with.

Batch Renaming Notes

The Note tab lets you access functions like Series Note Title, which helps batch rename your notes from different notebooks. You can replace names with series titles—think fixed words combined with numbers—or add prefixes or suffixes to existing names!

Creating an Index and More!

Evernote Batch also lets you create an index or table of contents based on bold lines found in each note. If those structures exist in your notes, you can even change the table style! Plus, it’s possible to attach monthly calendars to any note within a specific notebook. Just hit that triangle button to start any process!
