ExecTI - Run as TrustedInstaller
TrustedInstaller.exe is a service introduced by Microsoft in Windows Vista to allow modifications to Windows Updates (including install and uninstall) only after making sure they are made by a trusted service. Otherwise, malware agents can easily hijack your system and break down the OS by tinkering with system updates.
However, TrustedInstaller's functionality is not limited to this since it can be used to run third-party applications as well. If you want to gain access to important parts of the computer which normally require a TrustedInstalled account, you can use ExecTI - Run as TrustedInstaller.
