To use ezTimeSheet, you’ll need the .NET Framework on your computer. Once that's set up, you'll see a clean interface with a ribbon bar that has separate menus for admins and employees. Each menu has its own special features.

Admin vs Employee Mode

When you dive in, pick whether you’re using admin or employee mode. Admins need to log in with a password (which you can change later). On the left side of the screen, you’ll find all connected members while the right side shows today’s date, current time, and everyone’s last check-in.

Add and Manage Employees

You can easily edit existing employee details or add new team members by entering their name, username, password, start date, address, city, phone number, email address, and even a default image! Plus, setting regular or overtime pay rates is just a click away.

Handle Time Entries Like a Pro

If there are any missing entries or if someone took leave (like sick days or unpaid leave), admins can lock or unlock time entries. Just choose the time frame and the person's name to make changes quickly.

Generate Reports Easily

You can also generate detailed reports on employee earnings and leaves—either overall or for individual employees. In the “Settings” menu, it’s easy to update company info like name and phone number while also enabling time rounding features!
