FootPlayer is a cool app that lets you listen to tons of radio stations with an easy-to-use interface. It looks a lot like iTunes, which makes it super familiar and friendly. The main window of FootPlayer sorts radio stations by type. You can check out the trending 500 SHOUTcast radio stations or browse through genres like the 80s, 90s, jazz, alternative, rap, folk, and ambient music.

If you want to start listening to any station, just double-click on it! The top toolbar is handy for adjusting the volume or quickly stopping the stream whenever you want.

Find Your Favorite Stations

FootPlayer also has a minimalist search tool that helps you find specific stations easily. For each station, you can see important info like the name of the station, how many listeners are online, the current track playing, bitrate level, and streaming type (AAC or MP3).

Create Your Own Favorites List

You can make a favorites list by simply dragging and dropping your go-to stations into a special area at the bottom of the app’s main window. And if you want to add custom entries to your collection of radio stations? No problem! Just remember that FootPlayer will automatically put in default artwork images for your new entries; however, you can change this in the station's info panel easily.
