Get Started with a Login

Your Sample Management Buddy
Freezer Web Access makes it easy to search for vials and samples, save your search queries, submit new sample batches, import 2D barcode files, and even create virtual containers that match the size of your physical storage.
Visualize Your Storage
The tool shows a visual layout of each container so you can quickly spot which spaces are occupied or vacant. You can select empty spots, submit new samples, and track where each sample comes from all the way to its final destination.
Keep Track of Removals
You’ll also find removal logs that detail where each sample goes, why it’s shipped out, and who handled it. Super helpful for keeping things in check!
Shipping Made Easy
This tool lets you monitor all samples on the move between locations. You can resubmit samples and attach Word, Excel, PDF files, images, or text items to batches or shipments.
