Headset transforms the YouTube resources into your own music streaming service: create playlists, listen to radio stations generated by genre, create your own station, and so on. Worth mentioning is that you get to sign up for a Headset free account and sync your collections to multiple devices even if there are no export options.
Within the Headset user interface you get to search for content on the YouTube platform, but keep in mind that you get to see only individual posts. The player does not allow you to browse all the videos posted on a channel and, since you are not logged with your YouTube account, you cannot go through your subscriptions.
Headset provides support for searching for video titles, album names, or playlists. Each track can be added to the Liked items lists, added to a collection, or used as a starting point for a radio station.
You can also start playing the tracks right away and see the controller bar in the bottom area of the Headset window. Note that you can expand the bar and see the tracks added to the queue, see the video thumbnail, and jump to the next or previous track.
