How to Play Hearts

You might hear people call it different names like Black Lady, Dark Lady, Crubs, or even Black Queen. It's part of the Whist family of trick-taking games, which makes it even cooler!

Strategy Matters!

Just like in the original game you know and love, playing your cards wisely is key. You'll have a card-passing round where you can get rid of those pesky high cards that might get you stuck with penalty points. Keep an eye out for those Aces, Kings, or Queens—especially in Spades and Hearts!

The Rules of Engagement

When it's your turn, you need to follow suit and play a card from the same suit as the lead card. But if you don't have one? No worries! You can throw down any card—even that dreaded penalty Heart or the Queen of Spades.
