Easy Schedule Management

This lightweight program lets you view your important info without the hassle. You can even export your data to various formats whenever you need it!

Adding Courses and Classes

To kick things off, head over to the Parameters menu where you'll find the option to add all your courses, teachers, and classrooms. Just remember: you'll need to select the Add option each time you want to input something new into the database.

I won’t sugarcoat it; this system isn’t super intuitive. If you're using this application regularly, it could take some time before you get used to inserting data efficiently.

The week is split into six days with ten periods each day. You can easily switch between five different week types by clicking on those colorful buttons in the toolbar—pretty neat!

Exporting Your Schedule

Once you've added all your info, exporting your daily schedule is a breeze! You can save it as a text file or check it out in a web browser. Plus, printing a weekly grid is just a click away!

Teacher Mode for Educators

If you're an educator, there’s something for you too! The Teacher Mode switches up the Teacher parameter with Class parameter. Just keep in mind that switching back might not be possible.
