LanSuper is a handy tool that helps you find all the shared computers on your local network. It even lets you see shared files and folders, making it super easy to transfer stuff to your own machine.

This networking utility is designed with simplicity in mind. Even if you’re not tech-savvy, you’ll find it easy to navigate and use. Plus, it allows you to chat with other users of the program by sending and receiving messages!

No Installation Needed

You don’t have to worry about complicated setups either. Just download the app to any folder or USB drive, and you can run it on any computer without installation. It won’t change your system settings or create files without your permission.

User Interface

The interface might look a bit old-school, but it’s pretty straightforward. You can easily spot all the options thanks to its clear layout. If you need more settings, just right-click for a context menu.

Scanning for Computers

With LanSuper, you can search for all computers in your LAN as long as they’re visible. Keep in mind that depending on how powerful your computer is, this might take some time.

Your Results

The results will show each computer’s name, IP address, and description. You can dig into their shared directories and files too! Plus, if you want to keep a record, there’s an option to export lists as plain text documents right onto your drive.

Sending Messages

You can send messages to one or several machines at once using either your real name or a nickname of your choice! And if something goes wrong while sending, you can decide how many times you'd like it to try again. You can also filter shared files by name or extension.

Advanced Features

This tool also lets you search for SQL or print servers on the network and check what version of the operating system is installed. You’ll even get details about users for any server by name or IP address—this includes info about admin accounts too!

A Bit Outdated?

While LanSuper hasn’t seen updates in a while, most features still work well with the latest version of Windows based on our tests. However, we did have some trouble getting the message feature working properly. Overall though, it scans efficiently without hogging resources!
