MyLanViewer

MyLanViewer is a handy little app that helps you keep track of your network. It automatically finds and lists the IP addresses on your LAN (local area network), the MAC (media access control) addresses for each device, shared folders between computers, and a bunch of other useful details.

You can even do custom IP searches based on ranges or exclusions in this same tab. Plus, there’s an 'Options' menu where you can tweak how the tool behaves, its appearance, and search settings.

The second tab labeled 'View' is somewhat repetitive since it allows access to separate windows again (like scanner history). The third tab called 'Tools' gives you access to view network parameters and stats, open the router control panel, perform DHCP searches, ping/traceroute hosts, manage wake-on-LAN settings—basically everything you need!
