QuickRDP

QuickRDP is your go-to tool for making quick connections through RDP, SSH, VNC, and Telnet. Plus, it lets you run Perl scripts! It’s a small and easy-to-use program that has both basic and advanced features.

Easy Installation

The installation takes just a few seconds—seriously! And while the interface might feel a bit old-fashioned with its simple window design, don’t worry; it’s super easy to figure out.

Create New Connections

When you want to set up a new connection, you can easily enter all the server and login details. This includes things like whether you’re using remote desktop, Telnet, SSH, or VNC. You’ll also add the host, port, username, password, and any comments. If you're in remote desktop mode, you can choose how you want your screen to look—default size, full screen, or even custom! You can also pick your color settings (default or custom), map disks to the remote computer, and enable sound playback on either your local machine or the remote one.

Manage Your Connections

You can create as many connections as you'd like and manage them right from the main window. There’s even a search function to help keep everything organized! Want to launch an FTP client or open shared folders? Custom commands let you do just that. Just name your command and add any necessary arguments. You can even mark specific commands as favorites for quick access later on!

Advanced Features

If you've got Telnet, SSH, or VNC programs on your PC already, QuickRDP allows you to include command lines too. Setting up hotkeys is another nice touch; they help with creating new connections or editing existing ones quickly. Plus, you can change things like default scan timeouts and turn off automatic checkups if that suits your needs better.

No Surprises Here!

We didn’t run into any glitches during our tests—QuickRDP didn’t freeze up or crash at all! It runs smoothly without eating up too much of your CPU or RAM resources. Commands execute quickly too! While it may not win any beauty contests with its plain look,QuickRDP offers both intuitive features and advanced settings for managing connections through RDP, SSH, VNC, and Telnet.
