Description
fsRedial
fsRedial makes it super easy to connect to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) without all the hassle of redialing constantly. You know how annoying it can be waiting for that "Line Busy" signal? Well, this software takes care of that for you!
How to Use fsRedial
When you open fsRedial, you'll see all the available DUN connections listed. Just pick the one you want to use, enter your username and password, and if you want, check the box to Save Passwords. After that, hit "Dial Selected Account." If you checked the save box, your details will be saved in the fsRedial.ini file after your first call.
What Happens Next?
The program will start dialing right away. If it gets a busy signal or no answer, it will hang up and try again automatically. Plus, there's a counter showing how many attempts it's made!
Error Handling Made Easy
If there's an issue with your username or password—like if they're incorrect—the program will stop trying and show a message letting you know what’s wrong. This way, you can fix it right away!
Sound Options
Once you're connected, you can choose a Wave File to play as a sound alert. You can also set up the program to beep each time it tries to reconnect.
System Tray Functionality
You have the option to minimize fsRedial to the System Tray once you're connected. Just right-click on its icon in the tray if you want to restore it or disconnect from your connection.
Password Privacy
If you'd like some extra privacy, you can mask your password while typing it in.
Saving Your Settings
The choices you make—including any wave file for alerts—will be saved when you exit out of fsRedial. This way, everything is ready for next time! So why not give fsRedial a try today?
