Description
fsRedial
So, you know how annoying it can be to keep redialing your Internet Service Provider (ISP) when their toll-free number is always busy? Well, fsRedial makes that super easy! Instead of hitting redial over and over, this handy tool does all the work for you. You can finally stop stressing about getting connected!
Easy Usage
When you launch fsRedial, it shows you all the available DUN connections. Just pick the one you want to use, enter your username and password, and if you'd like, check the box to save your passwords. Then hit “Dial Selected Account.” If you choose to save passwords, they will automatically be stored after your first connection attempt.
And don’t worry! Your account and password details are kept safe in a file called fsRedial.ini.
No More Busy Signals!
The program will start dialing for you. If it hears a busy signal or gets no answer, it hangs up and tries again. You’ll see a counter that shows how many attempts it has made so far—pretty cool, right?
If there’s an error like an incorrect username or password, fsRedial will stop dialing and show a message so you can fix those details.
Add Some Fun!
Once you're connected, you can choose a fun wave file to play as an alert. Plus, if you'd like some sound feedback each time it cycles through attempts, there’s an option for that too!
Simpler Management
You can also minimize fsRedial to your System Tray once you're connected. Just right-click on its icon in the tray whenever you need to restore it or disconnect.
If privacy is important to you, there's an option to mask your password as well.
Your Preferences Matter
The choices you make—like which wave file to use for connection alerts—are saved automatically when you exit the program. So every time you open fsRedial, everything is just as you left it!
