Screen Bandit

Screen Bandit is a cool tool for managing lots of image files. We all know how tricky it can be to find the right balance between having your images easy to access and not cluttering up your workspace, right? With this app, you won’t have to worry about that anymore!

Easy Access to Images

Once you launch Screen Bandit, it hangs out in your menu bar. From there, it shows a bunch of thumbnails from your collection, with your favorite ones popping up first. Need to copy an image? Just click on its thumbnail! You can grab images with or without shadows and rounded corners.

Floating Images on Your Desktop

A super neat feature is the way you can float an image on your desktop. This means the image sits on top of all other windows, and you can easily move it around with your mouse. Plus, if you're working in other apps, these floating images will shift away from the mouse pointer so they don’t get in your way!

Low Resource Usage

The good news is that when you use this mode, it doesn’t hog resources. It uses about the same amount as a simple 2D video game! But hey, if you're on a laptop, just keep an eye on battery life since it might use a bit more energy.

Add New Content Easily

Add new images by taking screenshots or importing files from local storage. After installing Screen Bandit, when you log back into your account, you'll see an option in the right-click menu that lets you pull images straight from Finder.

This app also has a handy screen capture feature! You can hover screenshots right on your desktop or add them directly to your collection for easy access.
