Smart PIM

Smart PIM is a super easy-to-use program that helps you quickly jot down important notes, manage daily tasks, or keep track of personal and business info. Plus, it has handy features like import and export functions along with password protection to keep your stuff safe from prying eyes.

Capture Information Easily

You can grab information from any app you're using—like Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook. It lets you save it as a file that links back to the source. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, with a side panel on the left showing different categories like contacts, tasks, diary entries, recipes, links, trash, and any other custom groups you want to create.

Create and Organize Your Notes

The items list and preview are displayed on the left and bottom parts of the window. When it comes to adding records, you've got two choices: import files from your computer in formats like TXT, RTF, or DOC; or just create a new entry right from the menu. To add a new category, simply name it and voilà—it's added as an independent item!

Easily Export Your Data

You can also export your notes into TXT, DOC, HTML, or RTF formats for safekeeping on your hard drive. Want to organize your groups? Just drag them up or down! You can even change their icons to match what they contain.

Edit with Ease

The app comes with a basic editor for writing files. You get some formatting tools too—like changing font types and styles or using bold and italic options. There's also paragraph alignment and bullet lists available. Need reminders for important tasks? You can set alarms for those! However, keep in mind there's no option for adding images or hyperlinks yet.

Customize Your Experience

If you go into the 'Options' menu, you can tweak default note fonts and sizes or enable smart capture features. You can also set it up to run at startup or activate password protection. Plus, there's an option to mark records as favorites so you can easily find them later!
