If you specify Fit2xWidth or Fit2xHeight, soPdf will create two copies of each PDF page from the original into the new file. It also does a great job rendering pages by finding out exactly what part of the page contains all your content—goodbye white space borders!

The software tries to split files smartly by checking what fits on half a page first. If that doesn’t work out, it will just cut it right down the middle with a slight overlap (which can be adjusted). And if you set FitWidth or Fit2xWidth? It’ll rotate those pages by -90 degrees for optimal viewing.
