How It Works

Once you open SuperClip, it minimizes down to the tray area with a little icon showing it's there. A window pops up on your screen where you can set up all your entries. But heads up—there’s no hotkey to quickly pull it up from the tray if you want to switch what you've copied.

Managing Your Entries

The app has some space for rich text content, but you'll notice that each entry lives in its own tab. You’ll need to create these tabs manually and give them names. Sure, you can make as many tabs as you want, but if they get too crowded, finding what you're looking for can be tricky since there’s no quick list to see them all.

A Few Limitations

Unfortunately, SuperClip only works one way—it doesn’t read what's already on your clipboard; it just fills in existing values that you've created yourself. So every tab and entry has to be set up by you before using them.

Final Thoughts

In the end, SuperClip has good ideas behind it, but not being able to read clipboard content automatically makes things a bit clunky. It's flexible enough since you can take it anywhere on a thumb drive, but selecting an entry takes longer than expected because you're doing all the creating yourself.
