How System Proxy Switcher Works

This tool is simple and straightforward, acting as a user-friendly interface for changing your IP address. You can enter any IP address you want in the designated field, along with its port number.

No Lists or Auto-Connect Features

Now, here’s the thing: System Proxy Switcher doesn’t come with lists of proxy servers or automatic connection features. You’ll need to manually type in the proxy server's IP address yourself—whether it’s public or encrypted.

Using Encrypted Proxies

If you're using an encrypted proxy, make sure to enter your login details before accessing any URLs in your browser. The program only changes your system's IP address, so don’t forget this step!

Resetting Your IP Address

You can easily clear out old info and reset your system’s IP with just two clicks! Just choose the ‘No proxy’ option and hit the ‘Set’ button for it to take effect.

Notifications and Current Configuration

A handy notification bubble pops up in the lower right corner of your screen whenever you change the IP address. Plus, you can see the current IP setup right on the app’s interface.

Simplifying Notifications

By default, System Proxy Switcher shows a small bubble when you successfully change your IP address. If you'd rather not see this, you can turn it off with one click by checking the ‘Silent’ box at the top of the window. Just keep in mind that this app won’t show if your selected proxy server is active or not.
