After a quick setup that shouldn’t take much time at all, you’ll find yourself in an interface that feels like it’s stuck in Windows XP. It has two main sections: one for picking the files you want to convert and another for previewing your mailbox. Everything is laid out clearly, making it easy to navigate.

Convert Your Emails with Ease

You can convert mailboxes that are already set up in Outlook or simply choose any PST file hanging around on your hard drive using the built-in file browser. Once you’ve selected your files, you can preview what’s in the mailbox and choose which folders you want to convert into Lotus Notes format. If there are folders you don’t need, just leave them out! This way, the whole process speeds up a bit.

Password-Protected and Large Files Supported

No worries if some of your files are password-protected! As long as you have the right keys, you can still convert them. Plus, it handles large PST files without breaking a sweat. This tool also processes messages along with important info like sender details, CCs, BCCs, dates, contacts, calendar entries, journal entries, and tasks. It works with Microsoft Outlook versions 2007 down to 2000.

Compatibility and Performance

So far, we haven’t seen any issues running it on Windows 10. Conversion jobs happen pretty quickly too! However, there’s a catch: SysTools Outlook to Notes hasn’t been updated in quite some time and won’t work with newer versions of Microsoft Outlook beyond 2007. This could be a deal-breaker for anyone using more modern software.
