Text Reader is a handy little app designed to make reading simple documents super easy. Whether you're working with plain Text files or Rich Text (RTF) formats, this program has got your back!
Customize Your Reading Experience
One of the cool features of Text Reader is that you can change the font. Want to make it easier on your eyes? Just pick a different font! You can save your favorite font as the default for all your future reading or just for the file you're currently working on.
Set Your Scroll Speed
If you like to scroll at a certain pace, you can adjust the default scroll rate in the Scroll menu. While you're reading, it's also easy to change how fast or slow it scrolls using the toolbar. Just remember, any changes made there won't affect your default settings.
Bookmark Your Favorite Spots
Text Reader is smart too! It keeps track of one bookmark per text file. You can set or clear bookmarks right from the menu or toolbar. When you want to jump back to where you left off, just select Goto Bookmark. If there's no bookmark saved yet, don't worry! It will simply take you back to the start of the text.
