ToDoom

ToDoom is a super handy task scheduler that comes with a sleek, modern user interface. It makes planning things like meetings, birthday parties, vacation days, and other events pretty simple and fun!

Clean Design

This Metro day scheduler features a cool dark theme and even includes some preset tasks. These are there to give you an idea of how everything works, and you can modify or delete them if you want.

Organized Layout

You’ll notice two big plus signs in the interface: one for creating tasks and another for categories. Everything is neatly organized in separate columns, making it easy to see what you’ve got going on!

Easy Task Management

If you need to make changes, just right-click anywhere on the window. This will bring up a white bar at the bottom of your screen where you can click “Task list” or “Task.” You also have options to edit job details or delete entries from your list.

Create Your Tasks

When creating tasks, you'll need to set the title (that’s what shows up), pick a category (list), set the deadline (date and time), and add notes. Just keep in mind that descriptions are limited to 140 characters—so keep it short!

Customizing Lists

If you want to set up new task lists, just enter the display name and deadline, then choose a color from eight options available. Sadly, there isn't a feature for picking any color from the spectrum.

Automatic Sorting

Once you add an entry to ToDoom, it automatically sorts everything for you! All tasks are grouped together in their columns. The nearest deadlines show first while farther ones come later.

Marking Completion

When you've finished a task, simply check its box. This moves it down to the bottom of its column marked with a tick sign. Plus, each column has a countdown timer showing how long until your next task starts!

Search & Share Features

If you've created lots of tasks and need to find something quickly, there’s a search tool! You can also ask ToDoom to hide finished tasks instead of marking them off. And if you want to share what you're working on, take a screenshot of what’s visible!

User-Friendly Experience

All in all, ToDoom provides an easy-to-use interface with practical options for organizing your tasks. Just wish they had exporting options! Also worth noting is that this software doesn’t seem like it's getting updates anymore.
