The interface of Total Organizer is really plain and simple to navigate. It’s designed so anyone can use it, no matter how tech-savvy they are. You won’t feel lost trying to figure things out here!

You can easily add a task by filling in the title, start and end time, priority level, and whether it's complete or not. Plus, setting up reminders is a breeze! You can even have tasks repeat automatically if you want.

Creating a to-do list? No problem! Just jot down the titles along with deadlines, priorities, notes, and keywords. You can also save contacts like names, companies, email addresses, and Skype usernames right in the app.

Database Features

Total Organizer lets you view database properties as well. You can import or export contacts easily. Need to undo something? Just hit that undo button! There’s also a copy-paste feature to make your life easier.

User-Friendly Functions

You can convert any object into a task or note with just a click! Refreshing your task list is quick too. Plus, there’s a search function along with SmartBox that helps you quickly add items to your lists.

If you want to change how things look, you can switch between viewing modes like large icons or detailed lists. There are options for calculating dates too! You can set keyboard shortcuts and even make Total Organizer start minimized if that's your style.

Performance Overview

This program isn’t heavy on system resources—nice! It comes with a help file (though it’s missing images) and didn’t show any errors during our tests. However, it did crash once or twice when we were adding new tasks. Also, the interface feels a bit dated compared to newer apps out there.

Final Thoughts

While we recommend Total Organizer, it's with some reservations due to its limitations. But if you're okay with that old-school vibe and looking for something basic yet functional, give it a shot!
