VentaFax & Voice

VentaFax & Voice is a super handy app that helps you send and receive fax and voice messages. You can do this using a fax modem or the Internet, making it really flexible!

Setting Up Your Connections

Before you start sending faxes or making calls, you'll need to pick your country. Don't forget to enter your area code and carrier code. This setup lets your PC’s fax modem work like an answering machine that you can control remotely.

User-Friendly Interface

The main window of VentaFax & Voice is designed to be user-friendly. It looks like a virtual fax machine with buttons where you can dial any number you want. On the left side, there are five categories: ‘Phonebook’, ‘Log Book’, ‘Manager’, ‘Scheduler’, and ‘Script Editor’. These make it easy to navigate the app!

Organizing Your Contacts

The Phonebook section is where you can keep track of all your contacts. You can organize them neatly or even blacklist certain numbers if needed. If you're curious about who called or what messages were sent, just check out the Log Book option! Here, you’ll find all incoming and outgoing sessions, plus options to create custom reports.

Managing Your Messages

If you want to keep your inbox and outbox tidy, just head over to the Manager tab. This area helps manage messages, cover page templates, stamps, and personal info easily.

Creating IVR Systems

If you're into techy stuff, you'll love the Script Editor! You can create awesome Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems here.

Simplifying Messaging

The Wizard feature in the main toolbar lets you send messages with cool personalized headers, stamps, and cover pages—super neat!

Advanced Features

With VentaFax & Voice, you can also redirect faxes and voice messages to other phone numbers. Plus, it converts incoming faxes into PDFs! Want everything sent straight to email? No problem! You can forward both incoming and outgoing faxes as well as record phone conversations with just a click.

Please note: The app won’t work alongside Skype, since Skype uses different protocols.
